A. They do not. Schult and Wisconsin homes are sold only through licensed dealers.
Q. Can I trade in my current home?
A. Yes. Gerald or Rock would appraise your home for a trade in value.
Q. Does Brainerd Homes offer financing?
A. We do not. Brainerd Homes doesn't have an in-house bank, but we have banks that we recommend.
Q. Can I change a floor plan or design a home?
A. We can help you with your design but will not do anything to compromise the structural integrity of the home.
Q. What type of foundation do I need?
A. A manufactured home requires piers or an engineered slab. A modular home requires a 4 foot crawl space or basement.
Q. Does Brainerd Homes help with the subcontractors for the building project?
A. Yes, we have a list of local subcontractors that we use. We can help you with your bids and coordinating the subcontractors to do the work.
Q. Will the price change once the home is ordered and I have money down?
A. No, unless you add something or take something away.
Q. What is included in the price of the manufactured or modular house?
A. This depends on what you want. We put everything down so you know what you are buying and how much you are paying for that option.
